National PTA School of Excellence
The CES PTA in partnership with Administration at Columbia Elementary is applying for the National PTA School of Excellence Program.
Please be on the lookout for a survey that will come home with your child. If you have more than one child at Columbia, you do not need to fill out a survey for each child.
These survey responses will allow us to develop a sense of areas at Columbia Elementary that are in need of growth to help strengthen the Family-School Partnership.
We so appreciate your time in filling this out for us.
You may return the completed survey to your student's teacher in their work folder. You are also welcome to drop off surveys at the front office. Below we have include a link to our digital survey application which is also available on social media.
Please have all surveys back to us by Friday, 11/5/2021.
